Your package build-depends on python3-numba.

Unfortunately numba is not ready for python 3.10, it has been removed from testing
and since the recent upload of python3-defaults it is no longer installable in
unstable.

Looking at your package, it appears that numba is only used for build-time testing
and the build-dependency is already limited to a subset of architectures, so I
would suggest that the most sensible thing to do is to drop it for the time being
until a version of numba is available in Debian that works with python 3.10.
