Thanks for this report; I am already aware of this issue.
Spyder is unfortunately now caught up in the python3.11-add
transition. There are two packages causing problems which will have
to be resolved first before this can be fixed:
* pyzmq - this is not successfully building for Python 3.11
* pydevd - likewise
I maintain pydevd, so I'll try to look at that soon; someone else will
have to handle pyzmq.
Once pyzmq has successfully built for unstable, I'll be able to upload
spyder-kernels 2.4.0-1 and spyder 5.4.0-1, which will fix these
dependencies.
