Dear Maintainer,

Your package FTBFS because the change for #1024482 doesn't support binary-arch builds:

 make[1]: Entering directory '/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>'
 # This can be deleted after https://github.com/doxygen/doxygen/pull/9227 is
 # in the version of Doxygen in Debian. It won't hurt afterwards, because
 # there will be nothing to strip anymore.
 sed -i -e 's,/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/\(obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/\)\?,,g' \
 	debian/opencv-doc/usr/share/doc/opencv-doc/opencv4/html/opencv.tag
sed: can't read debian/opencv-doc/usr/share/doc/opencv-doc/opencv4/html/opencv.tag: No such file or directory
 make[1]: *** [debian/rules:221: execute_before_dh_strip_nondeterminism] Error 2

https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=opencv&arch=amd64&ver=4.6.0%2Bdfsg-8&stamp=1668962551&raw=0

Only the arch:all build succeeded because the docs are built there:

 https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=opencv&suite=sid

Kind Regards,

Bas
