pandas 1.5.1 is now in experimental.

It appears to break emperor, q2templates and statsmodels.  (Compared to 
1.4; also python-skbio (#1017574) compared to 1.3.)  statsmodels appears 
to be fixed upstream; I have not checked for the others.

(The other failures here appear to be for non-pandas reasons, such as
