Bug#1019061: gnuplot-data not available

Control: retitle -1 gnuplot and gnuplot-data not available
Control: reassign -1 src:gnuplot 5.4.4+dfsg1-1

This is actually a problem for the binary packages gnuplot-qt,
gnuplot-x11 and gnuplot-nox. The gnuplot metapackage is not
available either, while it is still mentioned at

  https://packages.debian.org/source/unstable/gnuplot

(but this one would not alone prevent an upgrade).
