impossibility of handling font types in draft, arch and bim

Hello:
I am bothering you to inform you that when running the program I cannot
handle the fonts in the draft, arch and bim workbenches. Exploring and
fearing that I am missing some module or library, I notice that opencascade
has a libocct-draw-7.5 library that was not loaded. I presume that the
reason is that the purpose of it is to serve occt-draw, unnecessary if we
use freecad. I incorporate the library and the problem is solved. Digging
deeper I see that libocct-draw-7.5, in turn, incorporates libfontconfig-dev
(in Ubuntu libfontconfig1-dev). To save disk space and memory I remove
libocct-draw-7.5 and reload libfontconfig-dev.
The issue is resolved again. I don't know if this issue affects only me,
but I think this library should be installed by default with FreeCAD.
I am referring to FreeCAD 0.19.1+dsfg1-2+deb1u1 and accompanying programs
(perhaps libfrecad-python3-0.19 should check in the dependency), Debian 11
(bullseye), and Ubuntu 20.04-LTS.
