Bug#1057405: Fix version number

Control: fixed -1 2.88+ds-2~exp1

nauty's reversed dependencies are still marked as AUTORM because of this
bug, possibly because it is marked as fixed in a pynormaliz version which islower than the nauty version?

I'm updating the "fixed" version to 2.8.8+ds-2~exp1, which just entered
experimental and has the version number hardcoded into the library name
to trigger transitions at new releases.  This should prevent this problem from
happening in the future.
