Package: cctbx
Version: 2022.9+ds2+~3.11.2+ds1-5
Severity: serious

Despite the fix uploaded for bug 1024859 the cctbx autopkgtest is still
failing
and preventing the package from migrating to testing.

> Testing cctbx with python3.10:
> Sorry: Please run this program in an empty directory.
> autopkgtest [21:28:30]: test command1: -----------------------]
> command1             FAIL non-zero exit status 1

> =========== 316 passed, 429 skipped, 2 xfailed, 8 warnings in 14.64s ===========
> cp: cannot stat 'dxtbx/tests': No such file or directory
> cp: cannot stat 'dxtbx/conftest.py': No such file or directory
