Dear maintainer,

I would like to release Bullet 3.24 with Bookworm. Your package fails
to build from source because one test fails, test_SkelParser.

Error [FCLCollisionDetector.cpp:1074]^[[0m [FCLCollisionDetector::createFCLCollisionGeometry] Attempting to create an unsupported shape type [CapsuleShape]. Creating a sphere with 0.1 radius instead.

test_SkelParser: ./dart/constraint/ContactConstraint.cpp:230: dart::constraint::ContactConstraint::ContactConstraint(dart::collision::Contact&, double): Assertion `std::abs(D.col(0).dot(D.col(1))) < DART_EPSILON' failed.

Is this a real problem or can we just disable/update the failing test?
Everything else seems to build fine.

Thanks in advance for checking. I would appreciate it if you could
take a look at it this week because the transition freeze is very
close.
