Bug#1037809: With relase 2023.04+ds-1 opm-material was merged into opm-common

Dear all,

With the upstream release 2023.04 that I am currently uploading the code of
opm-material was merged into opm-common. Therefore there will be no fix for
this in opm-material as it should be removed anyway. Hopefully this will be
done by the autoremoval system without removing the rest of OPM.

Please note that in the recently uploaded version 2023.04+ds-1 of opm-common
(containing the failing code) this particular problem is fixed.
