Followup-For: Bug #1035186

Tests are currently failing inside openmpi libraries. Not sure if it
means hdf5 needs to be rebuilt against latest openmpi.

Tests should be launched from the tests subdir with
  H5PY_ALWAYS_USE_MPI=1 ./runtests.sh
