Dear maintainer!

The current packaged version of imageio is 2.4.1, while upstream reached 
2.31.1 in the meantime. Specifically, the packaged version now lacks the 
new "v3" API, which is required to build the new skimage package 
(skimage requires at least 2.27 in the moment). skimage is one of the 
central packages for scientific image processing.

Please consider updating python3-imageio, to allow updating its reverse 
dependencies.
