Bug#1039897: ipe: Toolbar icons do not show due to missing dependency on libqt6svg6

Dear Maintainer,
Ipe 7.2.27 fails to display toolbar icons on Debian Trixie unless the package
libqt6svg6 is installed.
However, the ipe Debian package does not depend on libqt6svg6. Please consider
adding libqt6svg6 as a dependency.

   * What led up to the situation?
        Running ipe after upgrading to Trixie from Bookworm.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
        Manually installing the libqt6svg6 fixed the problem.
