Severity: important

Hi,
I tried to build coot in salsa which fails[1] with
configure: error: Clipper not found
The reason is
$ pkg-config --cflags clipper
Package libccp4c was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libccp4c.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'libccp4c', required by 'clipper', not found
I've commited a patch to Salsa[2] which fixes this issue.
If you want me to upload this patch as team upload I'd happily
do so but I wanted to ask for confirmation since I did not
checked other rdepends of libclipper.
Kind regards
Andreas.
