Hello,

the HDF5 Filter Plugin Packaging Guidelines at
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/h5f-packaging-guidelines
suggests a unified naming scheme for HDF5 filter plugin packages, so
that packages that depend on a plugin can do so regardless of where it
is implemented.

I created a MR to add support for this for hdf5-plugin-lzf, which also
adds autopkgtests to test that the plugins loads:
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/h5py/-/merge_requests/2

I tested the MR by creating a fork of h5py and setting
"Settings/CI-CD/General pipelines/CI/CD configuration file" to
recipes/debian.yml at salsa-ci-team/pipeline[1]:
https://salsa.debian.org/enrico/h5py/-/pipelines/509549

Thanks,

Enrico
