Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package is no longer
installable in sid:

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   libcppad-lib1456.0 : Conflicts: cppad

This is caused by contradicting

libcppad-dev: Provides/Replaces/Conflicts: cppad
libcppad-lib1456.0: Conflicts: cppad
