FreeCAD outdated versions in bookworm

Dear package maintainers,

first I like to thank you for the terrific job you do. Debian evolved to
such a great system!
I myself am using UNIX since 1982 and LINUX since its beginning, so I
know what I am talking about.

To make it even better and draw more people to it, I think it is
importand to make good and free end user applications available, which
would be very expensive otherwise.

FreeCAD is certainly a package able to attract new users.

Bookworm contains FreeCAD in version 0.20.2, so does trixie and sid.
This version of FreeCAD is somewhat handicaped, especially for newcomers
which do not know the workarounds.

There is a version 0.21.1 of FreeCAD available at
https://www.freecad.org/downloads.php , which works alot better and is
at least as stable as version 0.20.0

The AppImage
https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases/download/0.21.1/FreeCAD_0.21.1-Linux-x86_64.AppImage
works just perfect on a normal PC with Debian bookworm and also the
default configuration of this AppImage is outstanding. (To try, just
download, make it executable and start it)

I suggest to implement version 0.21.1 into Debian, at least into trixie
and sid, and into bookworm-backports. Better into bookworm itself,
because, as I said, the functionality evolved quite a bit and it is as
stable as the existing version.

I would do it myself, but I sadly do not know nothing about packaging.

Sincerely, Richard
