Hi!

We're currently bootstrapping the new architecture loong64 in Debian Ports
and while more than 11900 packages have already been built, we still lack
many packages.

One major blocker is mpi-defaults which currently has no loong64 support
and therefore blocks many numeric packages.

Adding loong64 does not pose any problems for the archive mirrors as the case
of src:postgresql-15 proves which added loong64 to debian/control recently [1].
