Big oops! I'm surprised that ftpmasters do not have a lintian check to reject
something like that. Maybe file-in-unusual-directory is too weak and
we need another check like file-in-root-directory.

Anyway, trivial patch attached.

Jerome: I leave this to you, since you are the usual uploader,
but if you prefer, I could fix this via Team Upload.
