Dear Maintainer,

python-xarray is involved in a very long key-package-set chain from
debian-installer to musl. It would be good if we could break this
chain by annotating python3-cfgrib as <!nocheck>.

I've done a test rebuild with the nocheck profile, and the build
results are identical.

Please consider the attached patch.
