No problem. You uploaded -13.2 to delayed, I uploaded -14 this afternoon.
Your upload was accepted by the upload queue, but not by dinstall, who
will probably reject it when it checks that 13.2(yours) < 14(unstable)

This is why I said "or just let it fail" (i.e. do nothing).
At this point it does not really matter, so don't worry.
