I am removing this and other opm packages from testing to unblock the ongoing 
openmpi transition, as they were blocking dune, which was blocking openmpi. 
After they are removed, they should migrate back if they have no issues. The 
tracker / excuses will show if there are any. opm-simulators is still building 
on riscv64 for the openmpi transition (hence the removal), but it should build 
in the next 20 hours, so hopefully it can migrate back to testing tomorrow.
