Hi.

After this propagated to testing, I got a build failure.

So I built it a lot of times to double-check, and it
seems it was not really fixed.

In my environment it's random with high probability (> 50%),
and the error messages are quite funny:

In some builds I can get this:

----------------------------------
FAILED : TEST_ij/solvers.err (4)

h]
----------------------------------

while in other builds I can get this instead:

----------------------------------

FAILED : TEST_ij/solvers.err (129)

[the-hostname][[20559,1],4][../../../../../../opal/mca/btl/tcp/btl_tcp_proc.c:266:mca_btl_tcp_proc_create_interface_grap
----------------------------------

Note the missing "h]" at the end, apparently the messages
are cut in pieces, which makes filtering with egrep not to be effective.

So, I've just forwarded this upstream, and in the meantime will probably
have to disable some tests to ensure that they do not make the build to fail.

Cc to Francesco just in case he wants to investigate this more deeply.

Thanks.
