The Debian GNOME team intends to upload gimp 3 RC1 to Unstable soon,
for inclusion in the next major stable release of Debian, Debian 13
Trixie. cimg has Build-Depends and other dependencies on
libgimp2.0-dev which is no longer built for gimp 3.

Currently, cimg is not in Debian Testing because gimp was removed from Testing.

To fix both these issues, please remove the unused gimp dependencies. I
am submitting a merge request:
