Bug#1042913: freecad: TechDraw workbench: part corner vertices and circle centers not showing up, unable to attach for draw dimensions

I unfortunatly cannot repdroduce the issue.

1.0 should be soon(tm) in unstable, please, if possible, recheck and let
me know if the issue can still be reproduced.

It might also make sense to check with the upstream FreeCAD forums to
get hints what the issue might be...
