Dear Maintainer,
apparently one of the build dependencies of compyle (pocl-opencl-icd) is 
no longer available on the ppc64el riscvc64 and s390x.
This prevents the migration of compyle to testing.

Removing python3-compyle for the ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x should allow 
the migration of compyle to testing.

Please let me know if any additional step is needed on my side to ensure 
the correct migration of python3-compyle to testing.
