It's a new bug; presumably some other package has been updated which
is causing these tests to fail.  I won't bother opening a new bug in
the BTS, though.  Looking at the logs of these failing tests, they're
running entirely in unstable rather than in testing, which is a pain -
it's really unclear which package is causing this failure.  (And it
has passed in the recent past, as it migrated to testing on
2023-12-09!)

I'll look into it....
