Dear Maintainer,

I'm not able to install the package for architecture arm64 on amd64:

+ apt-get install -y --no-remove libxtensor-dev:arm64 xtl-dev

xtl-dev is already the newest version (0.7.2-2.1).
xtl-dev set to manually installed.

Guess it is related to xtl-dev being Architecture:all, but
libxtensor-dev being architecture-specific.
