The build status of libsdsl in the Debian Package Auto-Building 
environment, please check

The pr of adding loong64 support can be found at 
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/libsdsl/-/merge_requests/1.
The package libsdsl-dev was built from libsdsl that blocks the build of 
3 packages, for example,
```
  Reasons for BD-Uninstallable:
     fsm-lite build-depends on missing:
     - libsdsl-dev:loong64
  Reasons for BD-Uninstallable:
     fsm-lite build-depends on missing:
     - libsdsl-dev:loong64
```
