h5z-zfp in experimental has a lower version than in unstable, which
means binNMUs are not possible as they get rejected by dak.
I do not see the point of keeping this lower version in experimental, I
think the only reason it has not been decrufted is the s390x binary
which is only in experimental. It is not buildable in sid anymore due to
the new architecture-is-little-endian build dependency.
