And as Peter already noted libhdf5-mpi-dev doesn't provide the required
pieces.
@Gilles, can you help to figure out what src:vtk9 should do now since
you had to drop libhdf5-openmpi-dev. Instead of libhdf5-mpi-dev, should
libhdf5-mpich-dev be tried?
