Bug#1084579: espresso, wannier90: 'pipes' used in shared code

Hello,

espresso and wannier90 share an embedded library called 'testcode'. This 
library uses 'pipes', and this is the only deprecated module in both 
these source packages. I managed to successfully replace 'pipes' with 
'shlex' [1] and will apply the same patch to both source packages.
