Bug#1071609: veusz: Buggy icon bar and main window

Hi Nicolas,

Looking at the upstream issue tracker[1] related to issues similar to yours,
the first thing asked to do is.

* Close veusz application.
* Move or delete '~/.config/veusz.org/veusz.conf'
* Start veusz application.

Could you try this and report the results?
