Bug#1085509: Reassigned to OpenMPI where --disable-wrapper-runpath has no effect anymore

Hi,

I have reassigned this to src:openmpi as this is where the problematic runpath
is set.

While configure is called there with "--disable-wrapper-runpath" which should
prevent an rpath or runpath from showing up in the compile wrappers, version
5.0.5 seems to ignore this.
