Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the fix.
I am not sure if I can help you investigate the issue any further since my contract ended recently and I no longer have access to the machines that had the problem.

It was a fresh install.

> - Which filesystem does it use?

It used ext4 on a raid

> - Anything else that is special?

I don't think so, what do you have in mind?
