Bug#1069424: yosys documentation

Debian friends -

Bug #1069424 yosys: FTBFS on armhf appears to be documentation-related,
and found in version yosys/0.33-5.

I note that there is a changelog item for yosys-0.40: Major documentation overhaul.

It would make sense to try updating to that version -- or 0.44, as
noted on the Debian yosys tracker page, or 0.45, as released on github

on Sep 3, 2024.  Even if there are still documentation bugs there,
they will be new and exciting bugs, that upstream might pay attention to.
