Bug#1103520: esys-particle: FTBFS: error from dpkg-shlibdeps

Hi. I'm currently testing a possible fix in my personal fork, branch "wip".

I think there was a missing directory in MY_LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
the list of directories being used for dh_shlibdeps -l.

I also would like to add a custom debian/salsa-ci.yml (also in the wip branch)
to drop the i386 build. If someone who has access to the salsa config
can make sure beforehand that it will work (in the Debian Science repo),
it would be great.
