Dear Maintainer,

I attempted to build a package that uses highs (the new version of openturns),
but at configure time I got this error:

CMake Error at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/highs/highs-targets.cmake:98 (message):
  The imported target "highs::highs" references the file

     "/debian/tmp/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libhighs.so.1.12.0"

  but this file does not exist.  Possible reasons include:

  * The file was deleted, renamed, or moved to another location.

  * An install or uninstall procedure did not complete successfully.

  * The installation package was faulty and contained

     "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/highs/highs-targets.cmake"

  but not all the files it references.



Indeed, the /debian/tmp/... path does not exist.
