Bug#1116841: pybind11-json: FTBFS with the nocheck build profile

This is just to tell that I've imported the two pending uploads into salsa.

I was initially planning to do that in a more granular way but in the
end I decided to use gbp import in combination with some script I
already had to preserve timestamps and such, which seemed good enough.
