Bug#1123040: python-hdf5plugin: Use the -margin=native parameter

Hello maintainer,
I recently discovered that python-hdf5plugin is built with the 
-march=native GCC option.
Some of the logs are follows,
```

I checked that many packages disable -march=native.

Please pay attention to the above phenomenon.
