Hello,

python3-sphinx crashes trying to build libvigraimpex:

Sadly I could not find the core file although "ulimit -c unlimited" was set.

(For reproducing you'll need to grab debian/rules from debian/rules from GIT head 
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/libvigraimpex/-/raw/debian/master/debian/rules?ref_type=heads&inline=false
due to numpy 2.0
