5.4.4+dfsg1-2 to 5.4.4+dfsg1-4 have added a new patch
debian/patches/08_skip_failing_tests.patch
that skips the following tests

  failed on arm64 in

Some, if not all, of the failures appear to be random, with the test failing in a build but passing in the previous one.
