dependancy problem with libgmp-dev and libgmp10

Dear maintainers of libgmp,


I noticed something on some installations of debian 12: recently any 
attempt to install libgmp-dev returns:

"libgmp-dev : Depends: libgmp10 (= 2:6.2.1+dfsg1-1.1) but 2:6.3.0+dfsg-2 
is to be installed".

This seems like a dependency bug, could you try and update the version 
of libgmp10 that libgmp-dev depends on?
