Dear Maintainer,
would it be possible to add the metadata vtk-9.x.x.dist-info to the files
installed by python3-vtk9?

A few users I know have fallen in the following pitfall:
1) install vtk9 from debian
2) then, a few months later, forgot whether they had install vtk or not. To
   check, they run "pip show vtk"
3) since metadata are currently missing, "pip show vtk" will say that vtk is not
   installed, and users then proceed to (potentially messing up their systems with)
   "pip install vtk"
