Bug#1095778: sympy: diff for NMU version 1.13.3-2.1

Hi.

I would like to do a proper team upload with your changes
(with attribution, of course). Can you help me by
answering a few simple questions?

I believe this change:

-export PYBUILD_TEST_ARGS=-k 'not (TestUpdateArgsWithPaths)'
+export PYBUILD_TEST_ARGS={dir}/sympy -k 'not (TestUpdateArgsWithPaths)'

matches "Fix running autopkgtests (Closes: #1095778)", and everything
else matches "Fix building with the nodoc profile."

Is that right? (I'd like to keep those two things in separate commits)

Also, what do you mean by "the git version differs from the uploaded version"?

Do you refer to the current version at unstable? (I can't see the difference,
except an empty directory, which I already know git does not track)

Or maybe you refer that the NMU finally uploaded two days ago
does not exactly match the patch that you posted as NMU-diff?
