I triggered the autopkgtests of sympy/1.13.3-1 in testing with numpy
from unstable, and they passed on armel [1] and ppc64el [2].

I don't think the numpy transition is blocked by this, only sympy
itself by its test failures introduced by the 1.13.3-2 upload.
