According to the current upstream location (which do not match the one
in d/copyright),
<URL: https://web.eecs.utk.edu/~jplank/plank/jgraph/jgraph.html >, the
latest upstream release is 8.6, which do not match the 83 version number
used in Debian.  Please check out the new upstream release and consider
including it in Debian.
