Note: Since this is a RC issue and I did the 1.13.3-3 upload which
introduced the problem in the first place, I went ahead and did
the upload for 1.13.3-4. I believe it should work, but we will never
know for sure until we actually test it.

I leave for the usual maintainer (Georges Khaznadar) the task of
filing bugs upstream.
