Hi,
the package is no longer built for the mips64el architecture.
The removal of libblosc2-4 from mips64el is expected to unblock the 
migration of c-blosc2 2.15.2+ds-4 to unstable.

Please let me know f here is anything else that I can do to support the 
migration.
