Dear maintainer,

We will start opencv 4.10 transition soon. And since opencv 4.10 has
merged libopencv_barcode into libopencv_objdetect, the autopkgtest
fails since it cannot find the shared object.

This is similar to the problem for ros-opencv-apps:
